In the beginning it can very easily seem overwhelming with the amount of different movements that our program covers. Firstly you're not alone. When I first began CrossFit in 2011 I too was extremely frustrated when I didn't do the lifts, and actually what prevented me from starting it sooner, was I simply did not understand what half the workouts meant. If you're not sure what a clean is, or how to do a sumo deadlift high pull, I've got a list of videos below that can point you in the right direction and allow you to feel somewhat slightly more confident in your ability to do the classes, and get fitter using our program.
