This is simply the best stretch ever. Do it, every day. 




This simply changed my life how effective this stretch is. It’s simple, but not easy. It needs to be done daily if you spend more than an hour sat down - so basically all of us need to do this. Think 2-4 minutes per side. Minimum time spent in this position should be 2 minute per side daily. If you struggle with this, move your knee further away, and grab a box or a broom to help hold yourself upright.
