Principle #2: Eat Adequate Protein. 


For optimal results and optimal fueling, you must eat adequate amounts of bio-available protein.

Protein is the building block. It helps with not only fat loss, but also muscle building, hunger and insulin sensitivity.
Being sure to eat at least 1-2 palms of protein rich food with each meal, will ensure you’re satisfied, and ready to go.
This does take a bit of planning. But the results are worth the effort.
